Vicki Steinmetz Gunvalson (formerly Wolfsmith) was born March 27, 1962. Her hobbies include sewing, cooking, and gardening. She has been married twice, is the mother of two children, and grandmother to a baby boy, Troy William Culberson. Both her son and daughter, Michael and Briana Wolfsmith, are from her first marriage to Michael J. Wolfsmith. Gunvalson and her second husband Donn began divorce proceedings in 2011 after 16 years of marriage. Her current beau reportedly is California businessman Brooks Ayers. Born and raised near Chicago where her father owned a construction company, she is a graduate of William Fremd High School in Palatine, Illinois. Gunvalson lives in Coto de Caza, a gated community in Orange County, California. She has a brother named Bill as well as three sisters, Kathy, Kim, and Lisa.
Gunvalson is best known for her ongoing role on Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Orange County,” where she is the only remaining original cast member. The show launched in 2006. She is also an insurance broker with more than 20 years of experience and author of two books, “More Than a Housewife,” and “Internet Life Insurance Selling Made Easy.” Her company is Coto Insurance and Financial Services. She and fellow OC cast member Tamra Barney co-own Wine by Wives. She has appeared on “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” and “Watch What Happens Live.”
